Every blank is washed ten times before we decide anything, because softness on the shelf is easy to fake with a finish that rinses out. What survives is midweight ring-spun cotton between 180 and 220gsm.

Prints are direct-to-garment on water-based inks, cured at 160C. That is why the hand feels like fabric rather than plastic, and why the colour holds through a year of weekly washes.
